Now that the days are getting shorter and cooler, nothing is better than soup for dinner! This is my famous “whatever-is-in-the-refrigerator” soup. I think I got the recipe from my mom years ago. I’ve made it twice in the last week because we ate it so fast. The ingredient list goes like this :: 1 lb ground turkey, 2 TBS olive oil, water and broth, lots of cup up
