This picture is blurry because the kids were grabbing the apples so fast they practically knocked one another down! Who knew that “apple rings” as my kids call them when fanned on a plate and sprinkled with cinnamon could be so delicious! Three kids ate three apple today after school – and they were delighted when I told them cinnamon was made from tree bark!
