This vinaigrette is a twist on my usual. I usually want either a lemon vinaigrette or a vinegar based one – but I never buy salad dressing. It is so quick, easy and cheap to make your own! This vinaigrette has :: olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, a bit of Dijon mustard and the secret ingredients – a pinch of oregano and about 15 drops of fish sauce.
