I’m trying to start off the new year with more fruit and vegetables! So how about a easy smoothie for breakfast or lunch? Use a banana – fresh or frozen, two handfuls of spinach – or really as much as you want, about a cup of frozen blueberries – cherries work too, teaspoon of vanilla, and any kind of milk you like .. so many delicious options! Start with a cup of milk and add more to get a smoother consistency. I add around 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds on top! Enjoy!
